Terms of Service

PAYMENT
• Payment via Paypal or Wise.
• 50% upfront payment, and the remaining 50% before sending the final high-resolution art.
• Full upfront payment receives top queue priority.DEADLINE
• Illustrations: Completed within 3 days to 2 weeks after initial payment, depending on complexity.
• Animations: Turnaround time depends on overall length and complexity.
• Rush Orders: If you have a specific deadline, please let me know in advance so I can confirm whether I can accommodate it.REFUND POLICY
• In Progress: If you cancel after work has begun, no refunds will be issued for the initial 50% deposit. If you paid 100% upfront, 50% will be refunded.
• Not Started: If you cancel before any work has started, you will receive a 100% refund.
• Artist Cancellation: If I am unable to complete your project due to unforeseen emergencies (e.g., hospitalization), you will receive a 100% refund.
